Sweet foods like ice cream, chocolate should be avoided because their uncontrolled intake can be harmful to the body. Highly sweet food not only increase obesity but also cause serious diseases like diabetes. Not only this but sweet food also spoil your teeth. So, it is important that you stop the intake of sweet food if you really want to live a healthy lifestyle.

Junk Food

Junk foods such as burgers, pizzas, fries, patties, are easily available food which are not at all good for you. Such food can cause heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and liver-related diseases along with obesity. So, avoid junk food as much as you can.


Almost everyone takes tea or coffee. Often people consume it to relieve stress and tiredness. But their uncontrolled intake can be harmful to health. Tea and coffee are caffeine-rich and high levels of caffeine can cause insomnia, headaches, nausea, vomiting, anxiety. Therefore, consume these beverages in limited quantities.

Cheese, Butter, Mayonnaise

The trend of drinking soda beverages or soft drinks is common among people of almost all ages. Habit of increased soft drink intake can become a issue for health. The amount of sugar and caffeine present in it is harmful to health. According to scientific research, consumption of soft drinks can cause health problems like obesity, loss of appetite, tooth loss. So, stay away from these beverages.

Preserved Or Canned Foods

Try to avoid canned foods or frozen peas, meats, fish. Its use can cause a disease called botulism. It is a deadly disease caused by germs. If canned foods are not stored properly then the risk of developing disease may increase. That may also kill a person.


Avoid alcohol consumption. Constant alcohol consumption can lead to diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart related issues.
