Why am I always tired: We all feel fatigued from time to time. The reasons are usually clear and include long hours spent at work or having a baby that keeps you up all night. If you have steady unmanageable feelings of anxiety, then there are higher chances that you may have a generalized anxiety disorder. Along with this, people also feel worried and irritable, people with generalized anxiety disorder usually feel tired.

Fatigue can also be the result of:

- poor muscles strength
- cancer treatments like chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- side effects of medications
