Cause of morning sickness
It arises due to the change of hormones in the body during pregnancy. Hormones called human chorionic gonadotrophin and estrogen, which are usually secreted by the placenta, are believed to be the reason for it.
Ways to get rid of morning sickness
Take proper rest
When a woman is pregnant, she should take plenty of rest. This will give comfort to her and her baby. At least eight hours of sleep should be taken during pregnancy so that exhaustion can be removed.
Avoid getting up too fast
Never get up from bed too quickly during pregnancy. After waking up, sit on the bed for a while and get off the bed after ten to fifteen minutes. If your room is warm, do not suddenly go out. This will increase the problem of morning sickness.
Eat nutritious food
To overcome morning sickness, eat only what you like. Avoid eating spicy food, but eat something that pleases your heart. Try not to drink tea or coffee on an empty stomach in the morning, otherwise, it is more likely to make acid.

Physical activity
Keep yourself active during pregnancy. Avoid doing heavy exercise but do start walking. This will reduce your problem to a great extent. Apart from this, if you want, you can also do small household chores, so that you can stay physically active and your body will also stay fit.
Ginger juice
Ginger juice is most beneficial in any problem like nausea or vomiting. Almost all the problems related to the stomach go away with the use of ginger. Drinking ginger juice mixed with half a glass of lukewarm water during pregnancy gives relief. Due to this, dehydration also goes away in the body and the woman feels comfortable.
Have lemonade
To avoid morning sickness, you can take lemon water in the morning. For this take water, lemon juice, and mint. With this, you will feel a lot of difference in it.
