Things you can do for your mental health: When people think about making healthy modifications, most think about making changes to their physical health, like losing weight or exercising more. But people hardly think about taking steps to improve their mental well-being. Mental health includes expressive, psychological, and social well-being and affects many parts of your overall health.

Take care of your body
Taking care of yourself physically always has a positive impact on improving your mental health. So, make sure you eat nutritious meals, avoid smoking, drink plenty of water, and exercise which helps decrease depression and anxiety and improve moods. Also, get enough sleep.
