Signs of protein deficiency: Our body needs different types of proteins and vitamins for the development of our body and to work throughout the day. Protein is extremely essential for all of us. It plays a crucial role in the formation of cells. Without this, the formation of the human body is not possible. Specifically, our muscles are made of two types of proteins, which are called myosin and actin. Muscles are also useful in the function of all the organs of the body and the pumping of the heart by connecting with the bones. Other than this, other muscles work to deliver food to the intestines.
Why is protein important:
Our body needs protein to build, repair and maintain it. Protein also helps in building hemoglobin in the body. Protein is also needed for hormones and immunity power to stay functional. Humans need 9 grams of protein for every 10 kg of body weight to control tissue loss, and 10 to 12 grams of protein for every 9 kg if you exercise regularly.

Too much protein is also harmful
Although protein is an important element for the body, still its excessive intake is also not good for the body. Our digestive system stays fine in the winter season so we can take in more protein. But, in the summer season, the amount of protein should be taken less because the amount of carbohydrates is more in the protein. The amount of carbs and carbohydrates gives heat to the body which can create a problem. Apart from this, protein should be taken in reasonable quantities even during the rainy season.
