Serotonin is the best hormone that is liable for happiness as it acts as an antidepressant. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that activates a reaction to the things we do every day. The powerful rays of sunlight on the body help in boosting serotonin. Exercise and happy thoughts produce production of this hormone. Regular intake of tryptophan-heavy foods in your diet is also very useful.
Dopamine is a neurotransmitter also known as the “reward chemical”. When you make an objective and reach that objective or you complete that task, you get a pleasant hit of dopamine in your brain that tells you you did a fantastic job. Increasing dopamine has other health advantages as well.
