Why am I tired all the time: We all feel tired from time to time. The causes are usually clear and include extended hours spent at work or having a baby that holds you up all night. Alcohol
Drinking greatly disturbs the quality of your sleep which ultimately make you feel exhausted. Stick to the system of no more than 8 units a week for both men and women.
Exercise
Too much or too little exercise can also impact how you feel. So, consider what amount of exercise is sufficient for you not to make you feel tired.
Diabetes
Physicians also are not precise about why diabetes makes people so tired. One of the causes is that your body uses a lot of energy to bear regular changes in blood sugar levels.
Caffeine
Too much caffeine is found in tea, coffee, colas, and energy drinks can disturb your sleep and make you feel tired. Try taking decaffeinated coffee or tea, or slowly cut out caffeine completely.

Night shifts

If you are exhausted, you may sleep during the day, which may make it more difficult to get a good night’s sleep and it will make you wake up exhausted.
Anxiety
If you have undisturbed uncontrollable feelings of anxiety, then there are more increased chances that you may have a generalized anxiety disorder. Along with this, people also feel anxious and irritable, and people with generalized anxiety disorder usually feel tired.
Tiredness can also be the result of:
- pregnancy
- being overweight or underweight (frequent changes in weight)
- poor muscles strength
- cancer treatments like chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- side effects of medicines
