If you do not take risks, you will never reach anywhere in life, and you definitely would not learn how to live life to the fullest. Living in your comfort zone is the fastest way to become uneasy. Without stepping outside what you are already comfortable with, you will discontinue learning.

Meditation can also support this as it helps you get in contact with your thoughts and feelings. 

Ignore the haters

No matter what you decide to do in your life, there will always be someone around to pinpoint the numerous ways you will fail or what you are doing wrong with every step you take. Know that successful people do not start successfully. What makes them successful is that they keep pushing through defeat.
