How to improve your intuition: We live in a fear-based culture that obsesses over trying to handle life. We are afraid of uncertainty, so we continuously anticipate everything that might go wrong and do everything within our power to guard against inevitable disaster. It is a tiring way to live, and it can direct to a state of stress, anxiety, and tiredness. Luckily, you do not need to worry to protect yourself because you have intuition. We are all provided with an intuition that is powerful, trustworthy, and attuned to our true path. Using it or not is up to you. Here are a few ways to turn up the volume on your intuition power.
How to improve your intuitions?
Meditate
Messages from your intuition tend to be calm, so spending time in silence will help you hear and decode these messages. Start noticing all that you can with your five established senses. Doing so can boost your sensitivity to your sixth sense.
Lookout to your dreams
When the cognitive sense is busy, it can override the instinctive right brain and the subconscious mind, the abundance of intuition. But when you are sleeping, your cognitive brain rests and opens space for the subconscious brain to give a signal to you in dreams.
Be creative
Engaging in creative activities, such as drawing, painting, or free-flow journaling soothes the cognitive mind and lets your intuition speak up.
Find an escape from your daily routine
Get away, slow down and just spend a day in new surroundings with nothing preplanned. When you are overly busy, it is difficult to be sensitive to the soft voices of intuition. Try emptying your schedule and see if your intuition lines up.

Spend time in nature
Being surrounded by nature, away from technology and the cognitive mind’s other attractions can open up the kind of instinct we needed when we lived outdoors and depended upon it to keep us safe from the elements, and other fearful dangers.
Feel more, think less
The mind is always talking, arguing with itself. Intuition, on the other hand, feels. If you are not sure whether you are hearing your fearful mind or your reliable intuition, notice if you can determine whether you are thinking or feeling.
Engage in repetitive movement
Run, Dance, Play musical instruments, or Paint. These physical actions can calm the cognitive mind and open up your intuition.
Align with your values
Your mind may steer you away from your goodness, but your intuition never will. Become comfortable with how you feel when you are backstabbing your values, and you will learn what instinct does not feel like. Learn what it feels like to act in alignment with your values, and you will start to feel your intuition more clearly.
